I really love debate! I want to see your personality shine in-round.
My ballot will take the path of least resistance; don't drop key arguments, double-turn yourself, etc. Having your first contention function as a very explicit framework argument may be useful.
If you say something that I believe may be untrue, I will fact-check in-round. This will not mean that you lose the ballot, since it's your opponent's job to call you out, but it may impact your speaker points. Be honest.
Never slime in your final speech. Unfortunately, IPDA lacks points of order. If you wait to respond to something until your opponent can no longer reply, I reserve the right to intervene.

Treat your opponents with affirming respect. Pursue the educational value of debate as an ethic. I have judged debates for over 30 years in various formats. I look forward to hearing your voice on this matter. I like good research and good delivery.
